Reiki
Reiki is Universal energy, it is unconditional love. Reiki is inherent in every living thing and is the life force of all things, plants, flowers, trees, animals.
The Japanese word for Reiki consists of two syllables that translate roughly into English as: Universal Life Force Energy
Rei – Universal, Omnipresent, everywhere at the same time, Spiritual Consciousness, Wisdom of God, Divine Energy, Higher Self.
Ki - Life Force Energy, also known as Chi or Ki in Chinese, Prana in Sanskrit and Mana in Hawaii, is the life force that flows through all living things. It is the source of our thoughts, emotions and spiritual existence which can be activated and utilised for healing.
This is the literal translation of Reiki and one that perfectly describes how the energy flows and exists within us and the world around us. First discovered in ancient Tibet thousands of years ago – it was used in Eastern practice long before it was rediscovered in the late 1800’s by Mikao Usui.
William L Rand describes Reiki as the following:

To be able to give a Reiki treatment a person must receive an Attunement, Placement or Ignition to align their energy channels with Reiki energy

Reiki does not have to be generated – hands on and it is there

Reiki does not have to be guided – it knows where to go and how the person needs to be healed
Although Reiki is mostly known for its healing abilities, is also one of the most powerful ways to help in your own personal spiritual journey. Mikao Usui went to Mount Kurama looking for the meaning of life, for spiritual enlightenment, not healing. I myself used Reiki as a tool for my own spiritual growth for many years before being drawn to teach in the last few years.
I am attuned to and teach Usui Holy Fire® Reiki, which is a type of Reiki energy and a system of Reiki healing based on Holy Fire® energy. Mentioned in the bible, Holy Fire® energy has been active in the world since ancient times. It is understood that God, working through the Holy Spirit created the Holy Fire® energy and Jesus was able to access this energy and provide it to others. This energy was channelled by a group of illumined beings known as the ‘Brothers and Sisters of the light’ and given to our Master William Lee Rand.
When we talk about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, we do not consider them to be religious, but instead, spiritual by nature. We think of Jesus as a spiritual master or ascended master rather than a religious figure. Jesus is part of the group the ‘Brothers and Sisters of the Light’.
William L Rand first experienced Holy Fire® Reiki on January 23, 2014, he presented it to his Master class a few days later and the students indicated that they experienced it to be a stronger healing energy, guided by a higher level of consciousness and I absolutely agree. Reiki and Holy Fire® energy, like everything in the Universe, is constantly evolving and expanding and using this system, we are now also able to teach and send Reiki online.
